Danish Modern Teak Chairs for J.L. Moller
This set of eight corded dining chairs was designed in 1974 by Jorgen Henrik Moller for J.L Moller Moblefabrik of Denmark. It includes two arm chairs, generously proportioned seats and solid teak frames. A gorgeous set of elegant design, meticulously cared for by original owner. The Danish cording is done in the traditional manner with L-shaped nails and continuous cording. One of the arm chairs had a few broken cords which have been replaced – see photos – but it is very secure and the newer cords are hardly noticeable. The frames are in outstanding condition both structurally and in terms of finish. They have been thoroughly cleaned and Danish oiled.
